Day Eighteen. First day back to school. Just figured out last night that I should have recalculated my RDA calories sooner. I've been eating 100 more than I should for the last week. Going to recalculate on Thursday's from now on just in case. WW recalculated for me and I didn't even think about needing to do it till I saw someone else post about it on here.

Lost so far: 7.4 lb.
Still to go: 83.2 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
