Thae body is definitely changing.I wore one of my favorite tops today. It looked really good. Atkins is great. It changes your body even if the pounds do not seem to be dropping off very fast. In reality I have not lost that much weight since I have started but I know my fat has gone somewhere. I feel good. I like how I look. My blood pressure is great. I'm going to get my cholesterol re-evaluated to see where my tryglicerides are. Atkins is truly for me more than about losing weight. Tomorrow is my weigh in. I love FATSECRET. It helps me keep on track.
