Skipped breakfast today as our daughter let us sleep in. Had a fairly mellow day, never pigged out. Took the stroller out for a 4.3km walk. Hunger levels have been mild but I did pig out last night. I will probably have one more snack so I don't wake up starving in the middle of the night.
