Sam Roseburg's Journal, 12 August 2012

So I am continuously going over my 1900 aloted callories (per FS). I cannot image what my intake was before I started tracking it on this site. Just the past few days have taught me more than the past 20 years of "winging" it on my own. I will be working on a short term goal for the next few weeks: I will do a better job of planning my caloric intake for the day. By doing this I hope to develope a better habit that will last my lifetime. Thank you FatSecret for helping me help myself. :)
