Went for a jog/walk today. Am nervous for tomorrow. I have to jog a 1/2 mile and am still having a hard time jogging 1/4 mile. Will do what I can and try to remember that it is more than I used to do!

That's awesome that you are pushing yourself to do that! I'm too nervous to even run outside at all, I'm afraid I couldn't even do 1/4 of a mile... so GREAT JOB! :D

Yes great job! I to felt the same way and now I reached 2.50 miles. You can do it....dont be nervous you will do fine.
