Blood sugar = 147 pre-breakfast. Went to the grocercy store this morning - give me a shout out, I stuck to my list. I also went on a one hour walk with the dogs (abt. 2 miles give or take) feels pretty good. Goint to the local county fair later this afternoon. My husband and I are working the recycle jeopardy booth. I'm going out a bit earlier than him to look around at the booths and stuff. He doesn't like to do that. I'm also going to sneak in a piece of fried bread. My once-a-year only get it at the fair treat. It will have apple butter and cinnamon and sugar on it. YUM I plan on walking around quite a lot to help -bburn it off. Also going to check out the concert - Eddie Money. Hope it's a good show.
