Okay so I've had a few setbacks being in Afghan I thought I'd be able to loose this a lot easier. When it didn't happen from me doing my physical demanding job I was frustrated and depressed. But I've realized that easy is not the way to healthy results. So I've cut back on the diet sodas, increased my water intake, and started lifting weights and kicking Insanity. Plus with eating right. Today is my first day but you know what I'm proud of myself for today. I kicked todays ass and tomorrow will be even better :) Have positive mental attitude and you can do anything you put the effort into.
175.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't get to frustrated with yourself.. you know that muscle is a good thing and by the sounds of it your job keeps you moving. Muscle weighs more than fat....but you'll look and feel fabulous!! Now keep in mind these pearls of wisdom are coming from a 'dispatcher'! Oh Yeah..listen you are doing great and in the words of my bud Gladys Hardy...."keep on keepin' on"....Ciao for now!
