I'm sooo tired of this plateau. Liquids only for 3 days. Something's gotta give!!! Hopefully it's 10 pounds! ;-)

I know plateaus can be de-motivating, but stick with your goals and remember why you are here. I am a little worried about you doing liquids only for 3 days... I hope that you are trying to lose weight in a healthy manner, so that you can keep it off long term.

thank you for your encouraging words and concern. when i do liquid fasting, i drink superfoods veggie/fruit juice and get about 800-1000 calories a day. i also limit that to 3 days. i broke the plateau without it this time though. it was probably all of the water retention that comes with the 100+ temperatures we have had for the last 2 weeks!
