Yesterday was the first day on my Velocity diet inspired version. This is very similar to the Slim Fast diet but I'm using a whey/casein protein powder blend for breakfast, lunch and snack. Dinner will be a couple of turkey or chicken burgers. This diet is to be used just for 28 days... I can't wait to see the results as the point of doing this is to lose fat and retain muscle. I'm at 32.44% of BF. Macronutrients are 50p/30c/20f. Oh, also I'm using Benefiber to make sure I get 20g of fiber every day.
