CrossFit at 7:30AM, 250lb farmer walks for 50ft for my max weight, WOD AMRAP (5 reps completed) 12 minutes - 15 kettlebell swings, 10 pushups, 5 evil wheels
Trainer at 3pm - Kettlebell snatches and swings, then practiced cleans, presses, snatches, swings, end part of a get up on my own for about an hour counting breaks.
Softball later on.
I need to start fasting again soon. Somethings got to giiiiive. I also have not been sleeping very well, probably from ketosis because I slept like a rock last night after having sushi and going a bit easy on the exercise.

My first goal was actually to be under 300, I reached that well before July. This is my 2nd goal!
