Trying to get back in the swing of recording/tracking my food. I did this faithfully for the first six months - and then I relaxed a bit...ok, well, alot!
Since digging out my old books, articles, etc... I have decided to try to replicate what I did - exactly - in the beginning, when I WAS actually losing weight regularly. And that...includes TRACKING.
So, today's thankfulness:

I can't imagine losing weight without tracking. Even once I've reached my goal and start pushing my count back higher for maintenance, I'll continue tracking. I've been at other sites, but FS is just about everything I could want in a weight control hub. (I still wouldn't mind a breakout of fiber from carbs on our diet calendar, for instance.)

Logging everything makes a huge difference for me. I wanna do induction again as well as that is what worked best for me, but giving up the nuts and avocado kills me. I would like to enjoy some things...lol as long as I dont go overboard.

i totally get it.i feel the need to start doing wht i did to begin losing weight.i tracked yesterday.now if i could just exercise like i used to.
