It's the end of the day and I am really happy to report that I had a great day in regards to my food intake and exercise. I feel proud. It wasn't a perfect day but I'm trying to not deprive myself of some treats throughout the day like a small cup of Coke. It's OK. I did't give up like I usually do. I actually made a very delicious and very healthy meal tonight. That's something I don't ever do. Yippee!
