training for the 6th August-Raining all day.Lucky for me there was a pause in the rain and quickly took advatage of it.... especially when i saw my son had got caught a few minutes earlier in a heavy downpour. After having a good laugh i thought it best to go out for a quick jog. ( after he told me he ran for 26min i just had to beat that )Enjoyed the weather but the route had too many uphills :(
