Dear MightyFull, Dismal Trail - a steep 8 mile switchback trail - will be here before you know it. You've eaten like food is going out of style. You've not disciplined yourself in your stress relief (P90x), nor have you won against your free will tempting you to eat more when you have written down 1800 as your max. Really? You feel you deserve a cheat day to have an extra cupcake +. With that mind set you will slowly creep back up to where we first begain...in the upper 220's. Remember how you felt at 228? Remember how you looked? Remember how it effected your self motivation and self esteem? You stopped and looked at bikini's today. How long has that been since you actually WORE a bikini? Tankini's don't count. We're talking in public and we're talking the suit fit and nothing was hanging out. Everytime you commit yourself to a race or some physical activite, you don't train. It's like you believe you are in great shape and can do 8 strenous miles of hiking in the mountains with the snap of your fingers. Hello. Do you hear me? Remember the workout you didn't do yesterday? You knew the second you turned the knob to the front door that you weren't going to workout. And what was with that alarm setting this morning for 6am??? In order to train, the alarm is to be set at 4:30am to 5:00am. Otherwise, you will not have enough time and will feel rushed and it will effect your entire day. What is it going to take to get you back in your routine? (insert your answer here)

I think I got one of those letters too!! So what is your answer??? Mine was to add a kick boxing class. That way I every punch of the bag in my mind I am beating down the old me so she can't ever take over again!!! Do it...get up and do it!! You'll thank me later!!!

I ended up being a slack a$$ again last night - granted after painting the bathroom for 7 hrs and walking 30 minutes on the treadmill at max incline. Late night snacking seriously needs to go.
Recalculated my RDI - 2100. We'll see if that helps me chill out and stop going crazy with my eating habits - especially since I'm adding stuff to do. Ab Ripper X tonight - I was sweating so much today I would have slide off the mat!
