I felt fine during the day at work and home, but once I got to the gym I couldn't do my weight training, it's like my body said "Forget you" and wouldn't cooperate. My throat was cold like i was running in winter and my limbs were weak. I think my lesson is that I need to eat more before I workout, I haven't been very hungry as of late and I didn't eat much today. It could have been the effect of the diet red bull i had an hour before workout. I heard that creatine and red bull don't mix. I think my body wasn't about to workout under such stress. Tommorow i'm going to workout early instead of late and not use caffeine and see how it goes.
