It's Monday again.....last week was sort of a transition back into my regular routines, restocking the house with healthy foods, getting all the vacation laundry done, and RECOVERING from a week of working on houses! So I look forward to this week being more routine and really regaining my FOCUS. I've been doing okay with my eating since I returned last weekend, but I haven't been good about tracking all that I've been eating and I want to be better with that. ;-)
I went to the Farmers Market on Saturday and stocked up on some delicious looking fruits and veggies, so I have yummy fresh foods to look forward to this week! I got some radishes that are as big as plums!!! I brought some to work with me today, and look forward to having them for a snack later. :)
I hope the rest of you are focused and ready to conquer the day!!

I love order and routine. I feel safe and protected. Going on vacation or to a party or out to dinner puts me out of my comfort zone and can make me feel on edge, even uncomfortable at times. No wonder I am such a homebody! I'm glad you are all stocked up, cleaned up, and ready to take on the world. Go get 'em!

The chaos of summer is so much harder to control. I am trying to get my head around the thought of reigning it back in... I think I need a few weeks of routine myself!

It is hard to track everything. When I started here I used to do that and after my few months when I wasn't here I started again. I have to admit I am a failure at that. It sounds like you were away and I know how that is to come back and try and get back into it again. Very overwhelming. We were in Las Vegas last week and I actually took my weights with me this time because it seems like its so easy to forget about the exercising and I don't want to ever start over again. Thanks for accepting my buddy request and I hope you have a great day.

I am (selfishly) happy you are acclimating to your at-home routine because (hopefully) your interaction with your buddies here at Fat Secret will be a part of that routine! You wil love chattycathy as a cool buddy. She is one of my favorite pals! Smile. Have a great work week. Have fun washing that stinky football gear of your son's. Ha! Pee You!

I know that I'm a creature of habit. If I can "just" create healthy habits, and habits that I enjoy, I know that I can be successful. It's crazy, but I don't mind eating the same breakfast every day? Lunch & dinner are more of a challenge. I can visualize this giant-sized radish that takes 30 minutes to eat ... that would be an interesting habit every day.

Once you fully get back into logging, it gets easier. Just jump over the "I don't wanna/have time/I will do it later" hurdle and it shall be easy peasey!
