I'm a bit of a yoyo dieter unfortunately. It's the thing I dislike most about myself and it's the one thing in my life I'm desperate to do something about. Now it's time to stop wishing I was thinner and to start doing things to achieve my wish. It's not going to happen on its own or my magic, its going to be a lot of hard work, but I know what it feels like to achieve my goal, I know how much happier I am when I'm thinner, so now is the time to get inspired.
