I've been neglecting this site since the first day I joined. I let everything in my life, namely work, keep me too busy. I managed to get my weight down to 11lbs only to gain it back plus a pound.

It's funny how you make yourself believe that you are OK with your weight physical level, but then there is a day when walking around makes you sweat like your running a marathon. Then there is the fact that it takes you longer to recover from illness. Also, I'm starting to really notice my legs are feeling sore and I think they are retaining water.

Well, I'm going to start over and see how I do. My main reason for joining this site was that I could be open with my progress and not hide the fact that I am trying to better myself.

Anywho, here I go again. Wish me luck! :-D
