This is the longest I've ever gone without recording. I seem to be losing interest in the whole process. I need a jump-start so this week I'll change some things up. Nothing drastic, just swap out my usual salad dressing and add some different seasonings. Summer is a great time to eat super healthy. It's also a good time to over indulge in goodies like the ice cream sandwiches my DH insists on keeping stocked at all times.

At least the farmer's veggie stand is open across the street. I'm so lucky to have that there. Not many suburbanites can say that! The fresh-picked flavor is phenominal! Nothing like it in the grocery stores.
