Thank goodness I am finally losing weight. Yesterday I didn't eat right before bed as the diets have told me to, and I think that works out better for my metabolism. Also, I ended up the day right around 1000, rather than 1200 calories, which I think helped.
151.7 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 36.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
