I had lost 90lbs a few years ago with vigorous exercise but no real eating plan. Kept it off for 2 or 3 years but after 2 surgeries and relocation to the deep south, I gained almost of it back. :(
This time is very different because my metabolism is so slow and I am trying to get back in the groove but it's not been near as easy as last time.
I realized that I need the info and support of weight watchers and it's working! It's much slower going this time, I'm older (50) and slower but I will get there if I don't give up! Hoping by losing healthier, that the weight will stay off this time!
221.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 71.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
