Had really bad day yesterday. Let myself the first time in a local market. Felt absolutely crap afterwards, tired, nearly like a weak feeling. However I don't know what the hell happened it just got worse, ate a burger and some pasta. Back on the horse this morning. I am dissappointed as to how slow i'm losing weigth. Wondering should I bother with the induction and go onto owl as it's not giving the results I was hoping for.

Unless you are really short, 126lbs is pretty small already so you probably don't have a lot of fat to burn. You can't expect to drop 7lbs in 7 days like someone who is overweight or obese. I would agree to move onto OWL so that you can find a healthy way to live the low carb lifestyle. Good luck.

I actually am short. I just an inch short of 5 foot. Might have a look at owl before I move on so I know what I'm doing rather than jump into it.
