Finally back on track. Weight Watchers is the weigh to go for sure. But, like any weight loss plan you have to be focused and motivated.
Only YOU can turn things around. Which includes losing weight.
201.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 71.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
