I would have expected a bigger weight loss by now. Not sure if I'm doing this right... Any ideas?

Your diet is extremely high in fat content. I bet if you chose more "lean, lower fat" meats and cheeses you would see better results. Protien will keep you feeling full even if it's lean and low fat. Also, your calories consumed seem to equal more than your exercise calories. If you get your calories consumed below your exercise calories, you will lose weight.

For someone your size, your calories are a bit high. When I first started Atkins, my calories were high also. Not a bad thing though IMO since I had been starving my body of fats and went a bit crazy at first, because my body needed the fat. After the first week or so I began lowering my calories. Also, keep an eye on ratios. Keep fat about 70% of your calories. You'll have to play with your carb intake, as well. I do best when I keep my carb ratio below 5%, which is usually way less than 20 net carbs a day. That's just me though.

I agree with maggamin, if you keep your fat intake up there and lower your calories you will see some progress. I always counted calories and fat. And kept my carbs below 20grms because I am very carb sensitive. This is just worked for me, and it worked very well. Best wishes to you!
