Whoo- what a week! Work was busy, I guess that is a good thing. I met with that trainer on Wednesday morning- definitely was a good strength training workout and I learned some new moves, but I'm not ready to shell out a ton of $$ for a trainer right now, esp since I didn't LOVE the guy (although he was better than the last one).
My eating has been a little bit all over the place. two cupcakes and a small frozen custard have found their way into my mouth over the past few days-- not good!
I'm trying not to have a "i'll start monday" mentality but this weekend is going to be tough. I'm traveling up to CT to see my grandfather. We're driving, 6 hours each way. I'll try to make healthy choices but I think we all know road trips are tough. I'm bringing my workout stuff to hopefully get some runs in while I'm up there. And on monday I WILL be back, 100% committed no matter what!

oh, tell me about it. gas stations get me every time. grab a candy bar or bag of chips each time I stop. If I'm mindful I can do beef jerky so at least I get protein and a few less calories...but a ton of sodium!
