I wont lie - I'm an emotional eater. When I feel down, or upset, I turn to food to make me feel better.

I'm not feeling so good right now. I'm keeping away from the kitchen tho. I know that if I stuff my face with carb loaded goodness and fatty fats, I'll feel like crap afterwards.

So I'll just drown myself in my WoW, and run some BGs or something.
