Passed up on a free muffin for breakfast and a sandwich after eating lunch at work. These opportunities come up quite often and are very tough to pass on, but I am glad I chose not to. I broke down and bought a soda when running to the cash machine but went for a coke zero instead of a mello yello. Small steps.
Hopped on the elliptical for the first time in six months and really struggled with leg fatigue. Made it 5 minutes, 1 min break, 7 minutes, 2 min break, 4 minutes, 1 min break and 4 minutes at a good pace to finish off 20 min of exercise.
I need to break my habit of having a cocktail or a few beers in the time between dinner and bed. I am planning on a cold glass of iced tea instead.
