Today was not my most varied eating day, I didn't get any extra vegetables in there, unless you count pizza sauce and salsa. But, I am fasting until my birthday party tomorrow, and then probably after that haha, but I am going to try to be modest in the amounts I eat and drink. Also, its all food I eat, so no processes carbs, no processed foods, mwahaha. Also, For the reason its my party, I am proooobably not going to journal tomorrow. I don't wanna know/I don't want to measure in front of everybody.
