I have a lot of work today, but since I am a little tired from staying up too late, I have found that I want to eat today. So...I took a walk at lunch to the grocery store and stocked up on some produce at the office for snacks. :)

Yep, I thought so :) The store is about 3 blocks from work, so it was a good walk and I had the weight of a grocery bag to walk back with.

It is always good to have something to eat at work when others are eating junk!

The good thing for me right now is that most everyone in our office is watching what they eat, so when I came back with some strawberries to share, they loved it!!

Oh that is great! My office mate also is health conscious so we do well together.
