Feeling drained today. Sadly the more I seem to sleep the more tired I am. Figure that one out. I didn't go for a walk during my lunch today and I'm trying to figure out if I will be able to pull enough energy out of my butt later to try jogging. Kind of wish I could send someone else out to exercise for me and still reap all the benefits.. Fat Chance.. Literally.

Hi sweetie - hang in there! I hope you are eating more than what you are logging in your diet calendar. You need some carbs for energy, and enough total calories just to sustain your body functions. The metabolism is complicated - if you are restricting yourself too much 0 your body will conserve the fat rather than dropping. We actually have to eat to lose the weight. Maybe try eating a little more to get your metabolism moving and your energy up! We are all here with you!

I was recently diagnosed with very low vitamin D. I started taking 50,000 units of vitamin D a day (you can't O.D. on vitamin D) and it took a couple months, but finally got out of it. also a vitamin B suppplement really helps. I was so tired I had to take a rest after unloading the dishwasher. Try that! I got my level from 13 to 120 in three months and am feeling energized now. also, magnesium is known to help with energy alos. Good luck to you! I'm finally on the treadmill again...
