Day one down. Had a great day of clean eating and went for a 45 min walk. Down a couple of pounds already. Trying hard this time to watch my intake of artificial sweeteners. Ready to break that habit this time around.
176.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 56.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
