I could feel this was coming. I felt kind of weak after a decent dinner last night so I ate a small can of tuna. I had planned a second workout but my bike broke so I watched movies and olympics instead. Hard workout today and under 200 for the first time since I was 19!

Lost so far: 25.8 lb.
Still to go: 4.2 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
