Doing well. I am tall thank goodness. But there is not any reason I can't get my weight down. I am doing calorie counting.
230.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.2 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I am OK with it. It is not like I am obese, I am on the muscular side. I just ignored it for a long time. I have been gaining since the day I went off Atkins. My dad weighs 270 or more at the same height. I know it is time to get serious. But when I got below 200 last time - for my age and height everyone said I looked TOO thin. But these were all obese people anyway. I do not want to limit myself any longer with foods - and so calories is OK. Today to the chiropractor - hopefully I will be able to get more walks in.

And I do dye my hair, just started getting gray eyebrow hairs, not bad for fifty - way too many people go gray at thirty or easily by forty. I just do mainly in my temples and its dyed now, my twin sister is all gray - and it makes her look older. And long, stringy hair on old ladies is not good, get a trim, my sister has thick hair.

Actually I was 230.2 - hope to lose two pounds a week on average or at least six pounds a month.
