week4,day1-yogaX....still can not touch my fingers...those of you doing p90x will understand this--I will not go into it, you are basically trying to tie yourself into a bow. Also, I don't know what it is--but I JUST don't feel like eating...I've had to shove food down my throat hole. Having the same issue today...it's everything I can do. I know if I don't- tomorrow I'll be "bonking" although I have to say it hasn't ACTUALLY happened yet. flexibility is still getting better- I'm using that infernal yoga block now. wondering if my pull-ups and push ups will get better after the synergenics. guess we'll see. maybe i'll take a nap...
