I have set my birthday goals to lose between 100 and 150 lbs for the next year. At 10 lbs per month it is doable. I plan on journaling & exercising daily so here goes wish me luck
285.6 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 135.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2007 kcal Fat: 96.98g | Prot: 110.66g | Carb: 173.49g.   Breakfast: Beef Bottom Sirloin (Tri-Tip Roast, Trimmed to 0" Fat), french roll. Lunch: panda express chicken, panda express chow mein, steamed rice, sweet fire chicken. Dinner: pork roast, romaine, tomato, ranch, zucchini. Snacks/Other: key lime pie. more...
