Need to stop eating dark chocolate almonds.
I plan to swim twice each week.
Zumba Thursday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday when ever possible. Keep jogging. Will increase weights and sit ups.
124.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
