Funny how gaining weight is effortless but loosing it takes a lot of work and dedication. I have a love-hate relationship towards the gym:
it's expensive
it feels great achieving my goals
its not a waste of my time but I could be using it for my studies
I get inspired by members who are fit and those trying to be
Two years back my weight shot at 85kg and today is 62kg, I lost a total of 23kg and knowing the amount of work and effort to get to where I am today inspires me not to gain any weight. That might mean not eating a lot of junk food (McDonald fries being my favorite). It feels great being comfortable in my own skin without worrying about what others think of me.
