165 is within grasp. Doing high reps of push ups and crunches. 7.4% body fat. Eating a lot less but somehow not all that hungry in spite of it. Feeling good and strong. Paleo is the way to get the body you desire!
166.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
