Went to my grandmothers for the weekend, which means tons of snacks and unhealthy meals. Did OKAY on the snacking, but definitely overindulged during meal times and drank a bottle of wine. Hopefully it didn't do much damage to the weight-loss. Now I need to get back on track as I can already feel my body missing the way I was eating on the weekend.
