today finally good Blood Pressure data close to normal after 7 months of getting back on track 120/90 (started with 155/122) and without drugs. Hopefully I can keep it up, this was the main reason to loose fat and lowering salt intake.
Not sure this drop is permanent yet and need to keep it in check.

Today during my annual, My doc advised me to start on ACE inhibitors. 140's/upper 80's is my normal at doc offices. I suggested that I chart BP now that I'm actively watching diet and boosting exercise.
Really great to hear that you are lowering your BP. I'm encouraged.
