Shoulders and Arms today + Ab Ripper. Lifted 8lbs the first rep, and 2lbs the second rep. There was no way I was gonna be able to lift 8lbs for two sets. Nada. Already sounded like Rice Krispies in milk! Was a good workout for sure!
Still fighting off a cold/allergy or something. Been taking 2 Benadryl at night and sleep HARD. Could still sleep. Risking the raw tongue for caffeine through soda (I know!) and coffee. bam
