Eff the scale. This is my new outlook (i will however probably end up checking it every now and then). Because basically, muscle is heavier than fat, so maybe I'm just building myself into a badass girl hulk. Lets see what happens.. sticking to my guns... sticking to my mornings/evening taebo/zumba and definitely sticking to a healthier lesser food option (i will however probably slip up every now and again.) I've decided, it's about me, and how I feel about myself. Stay tuned for 'i hate myself' diatribes.
