The caffeine headache has begun!
I knew that getting rid of my 'diet coke' in the morning would have an impact, just was not looking forward to it.
Today, I woke up with a really bad headache, however, it could be sinus related as well.
I am ready for the sluggish stage to be over and they energetic stage to be here.
I drank about 120 ounces of water yesterday...trying to drink 164 a day which I believe is a gallon..maybe more after that.
I am feeling more full drinking water which allows me obviously not to eat as much...here's hoping to a easier day down the road!

Keep up the good work.. It will be worth it in the end.. I was the same way when I gave up drinking caffeine, but anymore I can't even touch a pop I can't stand the taste anymore. With your water you could try adding flavor packets like crystal light for only a few calories to spice up drinking water. I also use fresh fruit in my water and it taste wonderful!!!
