Ok now I am really doing the happy dance....another low today.....80.9 kgs and also a new low on my body fat% 31.9%!! Yippppppppppeeeee!
I must remember to add my weight to my challenge later :)

Thanks Jo - without a doubt the hypnosis is definitely the driving force here. I know I don't have relationship nonsense any more in my life, but work is mega stressful with no money, no orders, possible redundancy, and me being the one and only earner it is terrifying!! Normally this would send me into an eating frenzy - but so far so good :)
