went to the buffet at the Casino today, think I did pretty good...fresh Dungeness crab, 1 slice of flank steak, just a spoonful of coleslaw, lots of water, and steamed veggies - although the bread pudding was calling my name, lol...I tasted my friends, about 1/2 teaspoon, then ignored it. At the end of my first 2 weeks, I'm down 14lbs - yay me!
