This morning I went to the gym to do 20 minutes of cardio and 10 minutes of strength training. I went to work and move my office furniture around. Good night to all.
324.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
