Worked out today and I am eating like I should again. I went 2 miles, burned 342 calories, and worked for about 32 minutes on the elliptical. I have gained from the weekend but I am going to wait before I weigh in. Hopefully I will take it off quickly and fingers crossed maybe I can record a loss before Monday. :)

Getting back on track after a mess-up is the best thing you can do! We are human, we mess up, but we just gotta keep going and we will reach our goals! :)

Thanks, my greatest motivator is that I have done it before so I know I can do it again. :) If I get down I go look at my weight history and it motivates me to keep it up.
