I've stayed the same weight for the past couple of weeks which is a little bit frustrating. But I'm going to kick up the cardio and hope for a good week! Tomorrow night - BIKING! Gotta start the 200 miles biking challenge which this weeks goal of 5 miles will be a piece of cake. But I do plan to build up slowly as the challenge suggests. Pretty excited especially to get in lots of exercise and hopefully see some results (crossing fingers).

Diet followed reasonably well.
