so, i dont know what happened weight wise the past week, but in hopes of not letting it get to me, i've decided to exercise daily, no excuses, and to not eat anything that i shouldnt. not that i've been bad food wise, i'm still eating tiny portions and drinking water and so on, but sometimes there are better choices to be made and i may have slipped up a couple times. hopefully, exercising daily, and continuing to eat right and drinking loads of water will result in the lbs falling off again as they were a week ago...cause not losing anything this week is kinda sucky indeed.
