Amazed by all the awesome information this website has! It was actually fun recording everything I ate and did today. The site is saying that I can consume a lot more than I originally thought! (sweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet!) my mom and I walked 3 miles tonight, and even though it was just at a slow speed, it felt really good.
